Join facilitator Heather Cookson as we transform Divis Ed into a courthouse! This six-week legal adventure will allow participants to delve into civil law simulations (criminal law will follow in the spring) in roles of attorneys, members of the jury, defendants, witnesses, and courtroom personnel. They will prepare cases and conduct trials, learning to use statements of fact and witness affidavits to determine their positions.
